There is standard industry/manufacturing coverage for the lifetime of tread down to 3/32". All conditions warranted except for road hazard; faulty equipment/vehicle maintenance; and external impact. Adjustment tires return shipping cost to be split 50% between Dacotah-Walsh Tire and customer. If tire returned is ruled non-adjustable, the customer will be charged the total cost of return shipping. Certain labels are processed through the mail by signed affidavit (interstate, legal statutes applicable); return of & DOT numbers along with photo documentation. Strict adherence to manufacturing policy is transacted for specific brand submitted. Returned tire inspections completed within one week by professional adjuster. Refund based on remaining tread: 50% tread = 50% refund less ½ of cost of return freight. Tire adjustments are handled fairly, quickly, and are in strict compliance with 'specific brand' manufacturer warranty.
